Hi, I'm Mary (Christmas!)
I’m a professionally trained circus artist (École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque) with years of experience studying the mechanics, strength, and somatic intelligence behind elite handstands. I teach fitness as a doorway into intuition, joy, and self-love. I’m also a neon-obsessed, rap-writing mom to a 14-month-old who loves bringing a little kooky magic into the way you train. If you want a smarter, stronger, more embodied handstand, you’re in the right place.

Over two days, you’ll complete 75-minute training sessions designed to improve your balance, alignment, and strength. You'll dive deep into the biomechanics of sustainable handstand training (including how to structure your warm-up and cool down!). If you’ve been stuck, frustrated, or plateauing, this intensive gives you the clarity and structure you’ve been missing, so you can train smarter and see results faster.

Because most people never get access to proper handstand coaching, and I want to show you what smart, sustainable training should feel like. Handstands can feel confusing and slow without guidance. This class will give you clarity, confidence, and momentum going into the new year. Think of it as a holiday reset… on me.
Will there be a replay?
Yes! The recording will be sent out within 48 hours of the intensive completion.
Is this class for all levels? What if I'm a total beginner?
This is for all levels. If you are a beginner, you'll learn foundational exercises to build up strength. If you are advanced, you'll improve your technique and get geeky.
Do I need any fancy equipment to join?
Nope. Just comfy clothes and good vibes. I do love some elastic band exercises, but if you don't have one, I'll show you how to modify them.
